Avoid at all costs. They told me I could delay the delivery of my belongings and explicitly said it would be “no problem.” Later, they suddenly charged me €600 without any prior notice or agreement. Worse, they held my items hostage and refused to deliver them unless I paid these unfair and unannounced charges. This is dishonest and unethical business practice. If you value transparency and basic respect as a customer, do not use this company.
