I contacted Olga a few months after I had stopped taking the medications which I was prescribed to get through a period of depression. I often felt sad, helpless, and incapable. I wanted her to help me to continue without medications, boost my self-esteem, and ultimately help me to get more focused on my priorities.
After the first introductory session, I thought I would only go for the RTT session but Olga proposed to combine the RTT session with the coaching sessions and I am very glad she did.
Few days after the RTT session I felt something had positively changed in my way to experience what had happened to me in the past 2-3 years and the way I looked at the future i.e. empowered, more positive about my future, and more focused.
The coaching sessions which followed helped me to become aware of what was happening and very important for me to learn from Olga some simple techniques which I can keep using when I feel the need for.
A couple of months after the last follow-up session, I can confirm that I do not feel any need to go back to medication. I highly recommend her. Olga is very professional, very structured, and at the same time very caring.
