I have had multiple subscriptions with Edel Collecties, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue has been customer service and the way customer requests are handled.
I have previously cancelled other collections, and every time the cancellation process took far longer than it should have. Instead of processing my requests promptly, I had to contact customer service multiple times before anything happened.
The same situation is happening again. I cancelled my Rijksmuseum collection more than two months ago, yet I am still receiving shipment notifications and invoices for that collection.
I also requested a change of address more than two months ago. Since then, some orders have been delivered correctly to my new address, while others continue to be shipped to my old address. As a result, I have received invoices for products that were sent to an address where I no longer live.
Another request that has been ignored is my request to receive only one coin per month. Despite asking for this, I continue to receive two or even three coins in the same month, making it much more difficult to manage the payments.
It is very frustrating to repeatedly contact customer service about the same issues, only to see the same mistakes happen again.
The coins themselves are beautiful, but the administration and customer support are simply not reliable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Edel Collecties unless they significantly improve the way they process customer requests and cancellations.
