This 4-hours Retrospective workshop is designed for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of agile retrospectives and the dynamics behind the retrospective meeting. This course is not simply theories and concepts, it is filled with practical tips, techniques and exercises, and discussions. The participants will learn and practice facilitation techniques, Scrum and Kanban practices, together with real life examples. The training is based on the work of Esther Derby and Diana Larsen and their award winning book "Successful Retrospectives".
