We are the Garage Gym Amsterdam - a small personal training studio based in Amsterdam. We have two beautiful locations, located on the Prinsengracht and the Laagte Kadijk. We provide all kinds of training possibilities, such as strength, hit, pregnancy and waist training, but also dynamic boxing workouts and stretching sessions. All of these workouts are one-on-one, but we also offer duo or small group training which all take place in our calm and quiet, nicely decorated and well equipped gyms. All of our personal trainers are highly educated and experienced and are determined to help you reach your goal - whatever that may be! Our mission is to help you create a better version of yourself, physically and mentally.
